We are working to make yoga more accessible to more people, as well as offering RestRoom classes to alleviate the unprecedented volumes of stress we’ve all experienced over the past years. Our classes are more about the time of day and the teachers teaching them. We make allowances for an evolution of traditional practices so they are relevant to our contemporary world. In the RestRoom classes, you will be cocooned to an elevated level of comfort and quietly guided through very simple breathing techniques. This is time to simply do nothing so that your nervous system can steady and reset. All our classes are taught across all skill levels and we have a beginners course so you can feel confident with the basics. Every class on the timetable will finish with a significant Rest period in proportion to the length of the class.

Our 4-week Beginners Yoga Course is the perfect place to begin (or begin again) the journey or coming home to your body, your breath, and a steadier way of being. Across gentle, supportive weekly sessions, you’ll learn foundational postures, safe alignment, functional movement, and the art of softening your nervous system.

No flexibility needed — just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

🗓 Starts 5th March — runs for 4 weeks
💛 $120 for the full course

Our Teen Zen weekly yoga class recommended this Thursday at 4pm.

This class is designed for high school aged students looking for improvement of their strength and flexibility, while incorporating tools to assist with a steady mindset and creating calm. This is a 1 hour class which includes 40 minutes of physical practice and finishes with our signature 20 minute Hansa Rest. This gives the body and mind a moment to rest, recharge and reset.

Thursdays 4pm

This is how we set up Hañsa Rest at the end of our classes — a simple, supportive wrap designed to help the nervous system settle.

✨ Supports nervous system regulation
✨ Encourages deeper rest and integration
✨ Helps the body feel safe, grounded, and held

Hañsa Rest is always optional and offered at the end of every class.

Our dedicated Hañsa Rest class (Sundays, 5pm) takes this further, with extra layers and a longer, more immersive rest.
