Get new safety instructions on your Thermomix® device, now!

Due to a problem when using the Thermomix®TM6 measuring cup, we have prepared a new version of the TM6 and TM5 software. Please make sure you do not skip the latest update to get the additional safety instructions.

In addition to new software, we also:
* updated all recipes involved so that they are available to you in Guided Cooking with the updated safety instructions.
*updated the instruction manual and included the updated safety instructions in our product demonstrations

Turmeric, lemon and ginger tea!
Did you know you can use the Kettle Mode on a Thermomix to make your own herbal tea?

With winter nearly here, Covid and colds I thought I would make this immunity tea while at home today.

All you need is:
1/2 lemon
2.5cm fresh ginger
1stp of turmeric powder or
1 tsp turmeric paste
Honey to taste
1L of water

Can be served hot or cold!

This week is Food Allergy Week and we know that so many people use their Thermomix® to help make managing food allergies and intolerances quicker, cheaper and easier.

Finding gluten free wraps that are soft, pliable and don't cost the earth can be a bit of a challenge. Try our recipe 👇 for gluten and dairy free wraps that tick all these boxes.

Dairy and Grain Free Wraps

Ingredients
1 garlic clove
70 g coconut flour
20 g psyllium husks
¼ tsp gluten free baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
300 g warm water
40 g extra virgin olive oil

Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and knead Dough /1 min. Set aside for 5 minutes in mixing bowl. Transfer dough onto a piece of baking paper and divide into 8 pieces (approx. 65 g each). Place each ball between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll each wrap to a 5 mm thickness. Leave the wraps on the sheet of baking paper.

Place a medium, heavy-based frying pan over medium-high heat. Flip the wrap into the pan, paper side up, then peel the paper away. Dry fry for approx. 2 minutes (or until wrap bubbles and starts to brown). Turn wrap over and fry 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a thermal serving bowl or large plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining wraps. Serve warm or allow to cool before serving.

This Magnolia Kitchen allergy friendly chocolate brownie is made with chickpeas!
I sprinkled the top with Whittaker’s Dark Ghana chocolate and walnuts for added crunch, then drizzled it with the Magnolia Kitchen caramel ganache!
