My work focuses on restoring balance within the body and nervous system through intuitive, hands-on healing. Appointments essential.

By listening deeply to the body, I support release, realignment, and a return to natural regulation and wellbeing. Divine Alchemy (formerly Dunedin Bowen & Well-being) has been operating for 16 years in Otago in Southland. Currently running two clinics, one in Dunedin and a fortnightly clinic in Winton, Southland. It is Tonia’s aim to help you function at your very best, both physically, mentally and emotionally and spiritually using age old techniques with an array of information, tools and experience at hand.

I Hope you got some sunshine in your neck of the woods over the weekend.
Summer finally arrived!
This is my wee set up for a night away at Waianakarua. Riverside Haven. A wee gem if you want to get away with all the facilities if you need them.

This week we’re changing booking systems to a more simple, effective system at Timely.

The transfer starts Monday and all go Wednesday. Everything will transfer over.
I’ll be supplying the new booking link once completed.

It’s exciting to be streamlining systems more efficiently and be easy to use.

I’ve traded in the motel room on my Southland work trips for summer - weather depending!! For the tent, massive skies, open spaces, sun, fresh air and many bird songs.

Back to nature. The one thing I absolutely love is sitting on the ground 🙌 yet don’t do it nearly enough at home.

You’re invited to join us!! Ive been nudged a little lately to do more group work, and last year the meditation groups were wonderful.
We will have a weekly meeting with relaxed spiritual discussion, some breath work and meditation.
It’s a place to share, be involved and grow together with the ultimate goal of connecting to self and raising our vibration.
