Not coming in for the weight loss, although you felt, it was creeping on, it was more for bringing back energy, and overall health, and don't the pictures just show that.
You embraced every aspect of the program - walking, supplementing, eating off the food list and being accountable every day, and that's what got you the results you wanted. 💖
