🐣 As we wrap up Term One and head into the Easter break I’m reflecting on some of the fabulous ways the team have enabled children to grow & thrive these past few weeks.

Some of my favourites include:
💕Assisting the mum of a preschooler with the tools to communicate with her son & understand his needs.

📚 Working alongside a school team to transition a young person with complex needs into their community.

🙌Watching as a young person takes ownership of their emotions and begins implementing strategies they’ve been working on.

🚘 Supporting planning for a teen who is transitioning out of school and into work opportunities.
