Programme includes:
DESIGNING A COMPREHENSIVE ACL RTP FRAMEWORK
Participants will learn how to structure and implement a high-quality ACL Return to Play testing protocol, based on over 1800 cases at UniSports. This includes how to collaborate with surgeons, physiotherapists, and athletes to guide safe return to unrestricted activity.

APPLYING EVIDENCE TO REDUCE RE-INJURY RISK
Gain an understanding of the latest research supporting RTP testing. Participants will explore how passing test batteries significantly reduces the risk of ACL re-rupture and contralateral injuries, and how to apply this evidence to clinical decision-making.

BUILDING AN HOLISTIC REHAB TO PERFORMANCE PATHWAY
Learn to integrate global best practices from UniSports, Aspetar, and other leading protocols. This includes developing rehab strategies that emphasise biomechanics, psychological
readiness, and sport-specific conditioning for long-term athletic performance.

MASTERING KEY RTP TEST DOMAINS
Participants will develop hands-on skills in conducting and interpreting:
· Hop testing
· Force plate testing
· Strength testing
· Psychological assessments
Participants will also learn critical pass criteria and key strength benchmarks.

COMMUNICATING RESULTS AND PLANNING FOLLOW-UP
Learn how to provide actionable feedback to athletes, physios, and surgeons through clear reporting. Participants will also understand how to guide return-to-play timelines and
implement injury prevention strategies post-assessment.

A hands-on workshop, equipping practitioners with the skills to seamlessly transition athletes from rehabilitation to peak performance.
