I will teaching a full weekend workshop in Dunedin the last weekend of Nov this year. As we come to the end of the year this workshop will be about slowing down, turning inwards and settling the nervous system. There will a couple of different quieter sequences to enjoy. The usual attention to alignment and detail will still be taught so it wont all be a walk in the park 😆

In other words, Mindfulness 🙏

Life does not control us — our reactions do.
Between what happens and what we do next lies a sacred space, invisible but powerful.
In that pause lives the essence of free will.
When we choose our response consciously, we rise above instinct, pain, and conditioning.
That space is where evolution happens — where we stop being victims of circumstance and become authors of meaning.
🕊 Freedom is not in escaping reality, but in choosing how to meet it.
