DO YOU PRACTICE ??? โ˜ฏ๏ธ๐ŸŒ โ˜ฏ๏ธ

What do you practice that feels enhances your life???

Perhaps its regular stretching? Massages? Yoga? Walking in nature? Self discipline when needed for your own good? Healthy boundaries for your well-being? Exercise? Breathwork? Meditation? Good sleep habits? Drinking plenty of good water? Art/Creativity? Time with friends & family that support & elevate you?
There are MANY, ENDLESS practices that we can be in application of that bring Harmony, Peace, Alignment & Balance to our lives.

The type of practices that make you think & feel ~ "You know what? This life is good!!!" ๐ŸŒˆ

Personally when i am in a regular practice ~ (currently i have invited back in a yoga and a breathwork class once a week into my life) ~ I can feel this act of self care allowing space & ease into places that can feel stressed by the pressures we can take on in life.
To be in a practice that creates space for ourselves to flourish as we truly are, is what i believe is the ultimate challenge of life to embrace. Being human is complicated but doing these mindful practices brings us more to the now, simplifying what can feel complicated, elevating us even if its for a moment. But the more you do it the more you benefit & the more you become your practices of choice.

๐Ÿ’–Practice is a continuous repeat of doing something.

I would like to invite you to think about what practice you are in & what it does for you? Good or maybe not so good? Perhaps you could swap 1 for another? It could be giving up TV and inviting in reading books? It could be that healthy homecooked meals offer your health more vitality than takeaways? It could be going to bed 30mins earlier and listening to soothing music or a guided meditation to assist in wakeful relaxation before sleep?
You know yourself!
Where or what could you replace or invite in what your heart desires for you to be practicing? ~ Its just doing it! Once you start ~ there's your practice! Then you will receive the benefits.

Let this be your reminder to take up that class you've been intending, or to connect with that friend you've been meaning to spend quality time with or to book in with your favourite massage therapist for that ultimate time out ๐Ÿ˜‰

I encourage you to try & to keep trying to master the art of what is a healthy repetition for YOU!

Keep on top of your aches and pains & peace of mind with maintaining yourself with regular massage therapy.
Every body is different depending on what kind of life you are living ~ what work you do, old or new injuries, postural habits or emotional stresses.
Just everyday life in general, which to be fair most of us all experience, anything that you feel & do you carry around with you!
Lighten the load, put your well being first and book a regular time frame that works for you.
My recommendations range from once a month for general stress relief to weekly or bi-weekly for chronic pain or intense muscle tension until it has settled.
