I established Hands on Health -Latta Massage Therapy in 2005 after graduating with a diploma in Massage Therapy with distinction from the Canterbury college of Natural Medicine. I have been very fortunate to have travelled with the job I love to do which has taken me to the London and Beijing Olympics, track and field World champs in South Korea and Berlin with Athletics New Zealand, and numerous World Champs and World Cups with Rowing New Zealand. Day to day I still get a real buzz working with my regular clients, and seeing our new clients walk out of a treatment more upright and reduced pain. I graduated from the University of Teesside (UK) in 2005 with a BSc(Hons) in Sports Therapy. Since graduating my main focuse has been on clinical massage therapy, helping the individual to recover, repair and learn new strategies to help their body be the best it can be. I am always looking to improve on my skill set. I have additional qualifications and experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage and Relaxtion/Stress Management.
