Amy and I want to thank Tamu who has been part of our team for 20 years today 😮. We feel incredibly lucky to have had someone like Tamu with us for so long. She’s kind, reliable, supportive, and always there for everyone around her.

She’d absolutely hate the attention, which is exactly why we thought she deserved a wee bit of it today.

Hmmm just as an fyi team - with the students back in town we’ve definitely noticed a wee bump in COVID cases doing the rounds — funny how that happens every year!

Quick friendly reminder: if you’ve got a scratchy throat or you’re feeling a bit “off”, it’s worth doing a test before you visit anyone who’s immunocompromised.

Also — a brand new COVID booster just dropped yesterday - just remember that It needs to be 6 months since your last vaccine or your last COVID infection if you are not sure where you’re at jump on My Health Record and check your dates (or give us a call).

If you’re eligible and keen to get it sorted, pop in today — no booking needed.

And if you do test positive, give us a call as soon as you can. You may be eligible for Paxlovid (an antiviral that can really help you bounce back faster). You don’t need a doctor’s script — just call us directly. We’ve got it in stock right now, but timing matters with this one, so don’t sit on it.
