Kia ora everyone, after a long time away caregiving for a family member with dementia and some time to myself, I'm back!
I’ve utilised my background in massage therapy & natural therapies to formulate some balms & i have produced my first product, called Calm Balm. Calm Balm is a lavender-based health product that promotes rest, relaxation & better sleep.

It may also help those who struggle with mental health, stress, anxiety, perimenopause or to relieve first trauma response, adhd, insomnia & ptsd issues.

Simply apply a small amount to the temples or neck, shoulder, feet, belly button & under nose.
Can also be used for massage. Smooth, soothing, melts on skin like butter. Great for the skin. Comes in reusable 100ml containers so will last a longgg time.

Pick up from Dunedin Central, Oval area $15 or postage included $20. I have 17 left. I will also be taking preorders for the next batch in August. Will take PMs for orders.
Ingredients - Pure Lavender essential Oil, Coconut oil, soft & liquid Paraffin wax.

This Easter Friday (March 3rd) & Easter Monday (March 6th):
I am available for massage as per usual hours - 9am - 6pm closing time. I will be taking enquiries for Friday up until Thursday (March 2nd) 6pm & for Monday anytime up untill 6pm Sunday. I also would like to wish everyone quality time with your family & friends this Easter holidays.

At this stage I have 2 spaces of time to make for massage for Friday:

• 1pm - 2.30pm or
• 4pm - 6pm

• 1/2hr. - $20
• 1hr. - $40*
• 1.5hr. - $60*

• Payment may be made by cash, there are no eftpos facilities in my home:).
Receipts are always available.

*I extend discount to C.S.C users on 1/+ hour treatments.
A current Community Services Card must be provided @ time of treatment.

Good morning everyone and happy Otago anniversary, time for an update.
It has been a busy start to 2015, I continue to enjoy contributing my skills and extending my experience in massage, I continue to see many returning clients and extend a warm welcome to new clients as well.

A little about me...
I have been a part of the Dunedin community for a little over 20years and have been pursuing massage therapy and its many forms since 2006 through the Lotus College of Natural Therapies located in Roseneath, Dunedin. I am very passionate about the benefits of massage and helping uplift & empower others in their journey in life.

Some of my experience include in-home personal health care, referred massage for ante/postnatal maternity care, baby massage, mobile massage for pre/ "in-house"/ post - sports & rehabilitation for local workplace & community groups. Many a time massage has been used on the spot also in my day to day running around - the person with the crooked & stiff neck in the warehouse, a very upset baby who wont go to sleep, the over tired & had enough mum, the stressed, the over worked, those with depression, the person who suffered from headaches and migraines and many more.

Where am I?
Good question! - After many years I can now provide massage from my own home! I'm near the heart of South Dunedin, in Wesley St just off Hillside rd, a lovely and quiet street with just the low hum of any city life in the background in the big white & green rustic villa. There is plenty of on & off street parking available. My home is warm, welcoming and you are always made to feel safe & secure.
