Just want to clarify one thing , yes we got declined for service the Rest home next door but we are still neighbours and we appreciate exchanging gifts as well with Mother Bridget . I just wanted to vent but as they say better luck next time , whatever happened we are neighbours and we are always welling to help whenever they need us ... Peace :)

Just wanted to thank Aroha for the beautiful card and gift, Roula and I were very proud of your comments, we wish you the same and much more dear Aroha. We also of course wish everyone else a fantastic and RELAXING holiday season, we again love this community as much as it loves us, and BROCKVILLE is as good as Maori hill or Roslyn or any other place no matter what some people say, they should try to live or work here to judge in my view anyway :)) Peace.

Here is the Basbousa Recipe, easy to make, just have all the ingredients ready first :)

Basbousa recipe at Best Recipes. This sweet semolina cake with rose water and lemon syrup is very popular in Egypt and throughout the Middle East. It is normally baked in a large tray, cut into diamond shapes with an almond on each piece, and finally soaked with the deliciously sweet syrup.

And by the way did the same recently with Maori Hill pharmacy that is now closed up after decades of being a well-known pharmacy ... hemmm anyhow let’s just get over this...
