To all my Shine with Emma followers, I am taking my passion for holistic living a step further this year as I complete my study in Nutrition through the The Nutrition Institute.
I will be focusing on and sharing my journey of a food first approach to health and wellbeing. To do so I have created a new page for this journey, Desert Rose.
My passion for mindfulness and techniques and resources to support this is still very strong, although my main focus now will be on a food first approach.
My affirmation cards will still be available for sale, although you will need to contact me via Desert Rose
I have been on a journey for about six months now with Taste Success first as a client and now as a Wellness Coach/Programme Facilitator. Check out Taste Success for more information on the wholefoods nutrition programme.

‘Shine with Emma' Is a space where Emma expresses her passion for holistic well being. She shares her experiences, knowledge, services and products with the intention of inspiring, motivating and supporting others.

Emmas passion grew out of her personal journey of coping with the challenges that everyday life threw at her!

Being an early childhood teacher and then becoming a parent intensified her passion for mindfulness practices and emphasising the importance of starting these practices at a young age.

When her son Marlon began school he was struggling with big emotions, unable to process the new challenges and ground himself in who he was. Emma enrolled Marlon in a Forest School programme for one day a week where he could be immersed in the benefits of nature. Emma also began looking at strategies and techniques she could use with him at home to move away from the negative chatter that had begun in his headspace and work on growing a more positive mindset that linked him back to his being, heart and self love. This is when the idea to design and create simple and effective ‘I AM’ Affirmation cards was born!
