I have not posted for quite some time but its too important not to share!

Stop overstretching your hamstrings! 🚫

Instead stretch the hipflexor which contributes to that overstretched feeling in your hamstring, what you would associate with having tight hamstrings is actually caused by an anterior pelvic tilt a tightness in the hip flexor over stretching the hamstrings. The body is a wonderful balancing act.
