My name is Ashleigh Helm and I am a counsellor and Usui Reiki Practitioner based in Ōtepoti/online NZ wide.
My office is located at Taste Nature Integrated Health Clinic on High Street.

I have spaces available for new clients, although my days are filling up. I also offer concession prices to students, GOLDCARD and community services card holders.
