I created this space because I saw how much stress, tension and emotional holding shows up in the face.
For years, my own nervous system was stuck in fight or flight. I didn’t realise how much tension I was carrying in my jaw, neck and body… until I learned how to release it.

As I reflect on the last few months since opening The Face Sculpt Studio, my heart is so full.
Thank you to each and every one of you who has walked through my doors, trusted me, and supported this dream from the very beginning. Your belief, your openness, and your commitment to your own wellbeing mean more than I can ever put into words.
Thank you for allowing me to hold space for you - for your stories, your stillness, your release, and your glow. It is truly a privilege to do this work and to share these moments with you.
I’m deeply grateful to the incredible skincare brands I use and trust in the studio, and to Olga, whose incredible vision, training, and dedication have shaped the work I do. Her knowledge and passion have created something truly special, and I feel honoured to carry that work forward and share it with you.
