Real Connection is a skill you can practise. Join us for a 5-day immersive experience designed to empower you to feel more confident being your authentic self in everyday life. Embodied Intimacy is a fun and creative somatic journey that offers a bold approach to reconnect with your own heart and authenticity.

Through simple embodiment practices, guided partner exercises, and mindful, fun communication tools, we explore connection, boundaries, and presence in ways that can be applied to everyday interactions. Over the five days, you’ll explore a deeper “yes” to life, develop a stronger relationship to your feelings as a guide and discover practical ways to communicate honestly.

Together, we create a brave space to slow down, listen to the body, and experiment with new ways of relating, with a focus on authentic human connection, Through guided exercises in an encouraging group, you’ll build confidence, enliven your skills of relating, and move from seeing intimacy as a goal to understanding it as a space where real connection through presence and spaciousness naturally happens.

From this community-building experience, held near the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park, you will walk away feeling empowered, inspired, and more alive.

Just experienced the most deeply nourishing yoga nidra session after a full day of transformative Mahi. That sacred pause my body and soul needed.
As we prepare for our beautiful integration event celebrating beneath the surface weekend, I’m reminded of how these practices hold us through deep work. My heart is full of gratitude for Barbara, my very first yoga teacher from Aramoana, whose teachings continue to ripple through my practice years later.
Sometimes the most profound transformation happens in the stillness. 🙏

Kia ora community,

I’m sitting here, deeply touched and full, after our first “Beneath the Surface” gathering, yesterday.

What an honour it was to witness the courage and vulnerability that filled the space. The presence people brought, the willingness to show up authentically, to be seen, to connect, it feels exciting to me to witness so many in this space.

Some reflections on what unfolded

The power of creating space to truly listen — to ourselves, to each other, to what wants to emerge — never ceases to move me. There is such immense beauty in witnessing each other, in being witnessed.

The exercises Tee and I led opened doorways into deeper layers, exploring themes connected to the festive season that so many carry, often alone. To share that collectively, to name it, to feel it together in circle
that was medicine.

This was our first step, and I honour the learning in that. The event flowed in ways that nourished me too, as Tee and I wove ourselves into the circle. We weren’t just holding space — we were part of it, learning and growing alongside everyone present.

I am deeply touched and honoured to be co-creating these gatherings with Tee. Her presence, and the way we flow seamlessly together feels like a gift. Deep gratitude to all of you who came — your trust and openness made this a very special first gathering of hearts. Thank you for going beneath the surface.

The Beginning of a Journey
This is the first gathering in a new initiative—a series of deep mahi in togetherness. Transformational depth combined with insight space to shift into the transformation you are asking for.
We're creating something rare: a place to return to. A community that goes beneath the surface. A practice of coming together to witness, to reflect, to awaken what's been unconscious. Each gathering explores a different theme—the places where we all struggle, where we get stuck, where real change becomes possible.

This first circle sets the container. It introduces you to how we work, what's possible when we commit to going deeper together, and the power of collective wisdom. If this resonates, you're invited to continue the journey through the series.

The festive season is coming. The expectations. The performances. The ways we're supposed to show up.
But what if this year was different?
What if you could align yourself with what is actually important to you? What if you could stand for what matters, not what's expected?

I'm deeply grateful to announce this collaboration with Transformation With Tee, Tee — a partnership that allows me to bring my mahi into a more accessible, community-held space.

The weaving of our two hearts means full trust, integrity, and loving presence — grounded in a powerful weave of conscious connection. Together, we're creating sacred space where we can explore, practice, and share — facilitated with care, grounded awareness, and held by the collective wisdom we tap into and reflect back.
Guiding people back to authentic connection with self — supporting you to feel your clarity and awaken your empowerment.

"Beneath the Surface" is an invitation to connect with community on a deeper level — through sharing, connection, and practices of emotional awareness that help you stay in touch with yourself.
We begin with an introduction to this bi-monthly gathering of hearts, embracing a theme that's pressing for many right now: the festive season and Aligned Heart.
This time can bring up challenging emotions and triggering situations. Our invitation is to share and connect, to be heard and witnessed, and through that, reconnect with your own unique source of inner knowing — giving space to listen to self and from there connect with what is in front of you.

Our gatherings honor the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit, woven together with whānau — the strength of community togetherness — aligned with te whare tapa whā.

We explore three themes across our gatherings:

Guided by the Whetū
With warm heart and gentle courage, I share…
As we approach tomorrow’s gathering, I find myself reflecting on the profound shifts that weave through our lives like starlight—sometimes gentle, sometimes fierce, always guiding us toward deeper truth.
Sacred Preparation
In my journey toward holding space for transformation, I’ve learned that the greatest preparation comes through surrendering to my own metamorphosis. Like the ancient whetū witnessing countless cycles of becoming, I too travel through darkness to emerge more aligned with my authentic self.
The portals we opened weeks ago continue rippling through our consciousness, inviting us into greater coherence with our truest selves.

Guided by the Whetū
Kinda shy sharing this…
In my journey towards these big events, I really go through major shifts myself. I feel this is my preparation—to hold the sacred field of transformation as we’ve opened the portals these past weeks.
These deeper journeys and the collective consciousness coming through feels like a reshaping, a deep landing of inner truths and becoming coherent with myself.
My Whānau and Inner World
The last weeks have been huge for me. As Seda prepared for his travels to Europe, my MuMma heart went through all the waves. I feel a deep knowing it’s right he’s doing this now—the beauty in honoring his ways, supporting from my heart that believes in his journey. I trust, I let my love flow.
The inner journey of transforming a belief I held so long… I am alone in this world, I am not welcome. The mahi I’ve done for myself is at a point now where I’m allowing me to lean into being part of a community. A feeling of belonging has immersed within me which is deeply nourishing and so healing.

I am in awe with the many people seeking my guidance and thank the universe as I navigate these beautiful waves of new intakes and deep journeys arriving at my doorstep. Thank you for finding me.
Tomorrow
Deeply looking forward to sharing time and space tomorrow. Leading from the heart, with curiosity by my side.
