Te Pae O Te Rangi Ko wai mātou? / Who are we? Te Pae o Te Rangi is a meeting place for all.

We are a whānau collective who weave together multiple strands of mātauranga (knowledge) to benefit the hapori (community).

Kia Ora Feilding, I am reaching out to our Feilding businesses and seeing who would be interested in donating services or items from their businesses for an event we are in the works of doing for whānau and tamariki

If this sounds like something you would like to be apart of please comment and I will dm you information about the event we are currently putting together!!

One of our kaimahi posted in the Feilding Community page yesterday however didn’t know it was anonymous 🤣🤣

We have had a few businesses reach out and we are truly grateful for those people that have koha something to us

Ngā mihi

As you may have seen in the media today the kōrero around Panadol and neurodivergence.

Te Pae O Te Rangi want to send aroha to the neurodivergent community and their whānau who may be distressed by this claim.

Please know our support is with each and every one of you through your pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.

Also many many sources conclude that panadol use in pregnancy is safe - one of the most recent studies included over 2million people.

If you are concerned please talk to a trusted health care practitioner - your LMC, Dr., Plunket Nurse or Kai awhina

You can also call Healthline - 0800 611 116 - to discuss your concerns

Noho ora mai

September is Suicide Prevention Month, and this is your reminder that your story isn’t over. The world is better with you in it even on the days when it feels impossible to believe. You are not a burden. You are not alone.

It’s okay if things feel heavy right now. It’s okay if getting through the day looks different for you than it does for anyone else. What matters is that you’re still here, still fighting in ways most people will never see and that takes an incredible kind of strength.

Please remember: the darkest moments don’t last forever. You are worthy of love, of rest, of hope and of brighter days ahead. If you’re struggling, reach out. Someone cares more than you know. 💙❤️💛💚
