✨ Friday night magic in Marton! ✨

We had the honour of holding our first Cacao & Soundbath corporate session with Te Rūnanga o Ngā Wairiki Ngāti Apa — and what a beautiful experience it was. 🌿

They're on Week 5 of an 8-week Hauora challenge, and for many, this was a new journey. Some shared how they usually struggle to meditate with a racing mind — but with cacao, sound and a guided meditation, they were able to drop in with ease. 💛🧘🏽‍♂️

Massive thank you to Morehu for putting the tono out and inviting us to be part of this incredible kaupapa he's leading for his colleagues. 🙏

So grateful for the kōrero and the energy shared. 🙌

Had a beautiful night last night with our first dive into Wai, (water) Thank you to those who came along. We have one more session of WAI to come for this month before we delve into AHI (fire) Come along if it aligns for you. Mauri Ora.

water is the life giver of all things.

We welcome everyone to come along and relax to this amazing soundbath using crystal bowls and other musical instruments, paired with an exquisite guided meditation and cacao ceremony that will leave you feeling blissful.

Over the next four months we will take you on a guided journey through the four earthly elements of 🌊wai (water), 🔥ahi (fire), 🌬hau (air) and 🌏papa (earth).

In MARCH we will focus solely on the elemental energy of WAI.
