A new season brings new motivation & new goals…Hello Spring šŸŒ¼šŸ™ŒšŸ»

It’s time to check in with our main strength movements to see where we’re at.
Not only to build on our strength & technique, but to set some goals and give us some added focus & accountability in our sessions!

Why is it important to test our strength?

āœ… To track and celebrate your progress
āœ… To increase motivation & create more purposeful training.
āœ… To keep you accountable to your capabilities & not staying in your comfort zone.
āœ… To challenge yourself mentally & physically.
āœ… To build confidence in and out of the studio.

Benchmark will run on our Tuesday & Thursday Build sessions next week.
