Ricky joined us not long after the Movement Studio doors opened.
Not only does he travel a fair distance from home to join us…if he can’t make his usual 6am session, he’ll make his best effort to get to 5:30pm instead!
We’ll also often have his lovely wife Bex and their two kids in tow for a Saturday Sesh too!

Charlotte always brings a positive vibe to our 5:30pm sessions! She walks through the studio doors with a big smile…and often brings her mum along too!
If you’ve ever trained alongside Charlotte, you’ll know she’s not afraid to lift heavy & push her limits…and she will most certainly encourage you to do the same!
Charlotte has come leaps and bounds in both her strength and confidence in articulating movements.
