Kim has been attending classes for the past two years. She wanted to build strength back as part of her rehab, following a full knee replacement…which she has certainly done!

Not only has she made incredible strength improvements, she brings such a positive and supportive energy to classes and to those training alongside her.

Training Phases: For you to better understand the focus of each session and why we do what we do…it’s not just random! There will be a few chosen movements (for both Strength & Hybrid sessions) that will be our focus for each 8-week phase. Overall, the sessions will still target all muscle groups and movements.

Day to day, the sessions won’t feel too different, this is just a way for you all to understand the building blocks of sessions and trust the process!
