“No mua taketake, no tua whakarere”

Ko Aubrey Ria ahau, no Turanganui a Kiwa otira Te Tairawhiti whanui. Gizzy girl born and bred! I started using essential oils over two years ago. I had a severe chest infection that I just couldn’t shake. After six weeks, three rounds of antibiotics and four doctors visits I threw out the antibiotics and turned to alternative medicine, essential oils. Two days later the tension on my chest was eased and I could breathe and sleep, within a week I was back to my old self and only a small cough remained which was gone after another week. Since that time I haven’t looked back! I’ve used essential oil combinations on myself, my children and extended whanau members to support all types of physical and mental wellbeing.

The best example is that of my son Uenuku who in 2018 suffered from three rounds of strep throat in one winter and four rounds of ear infections two summers in a row in 2017 and 2018. After some reasearch I started using homemade roller bottles and essential oils to support his physical wellness. What I had learnt by then is its about preventation measures not waiting till he was sick and treating symptoms. So we began with my waiora(wellness) plan for him. I am so glad I took this journey by winter 2019 not a single sign of strep throat, to summer 2019 no ear infections. To go from so many cases of sickeness seasonally to nothing was just amazimg to me!

In 2019 I started helping others with advise and making roller bottles and balms to support their waiora(wellness) needs. In September 2019 I was approached to have a stall at an Essential Oils based market here in Turanga(Gizzy) I decided then that I would only sell products that had proven effective for my friends and whanau and I still hold true to that principle.

So for a little over seven months I have been running Aria oils my small home business. I am a qualified Teacher who works part time at a local school, my husband and I have four kids 19, 13, 12 & 4. And I will always turn to natural remedies to try and help my whanau memebrs especially my kids before trying western medicine. We no longer have the problem of contract and share. So when my children become sick after catching a virus from other people they spend time with, in the past two years that virua has not spread to the other children. This has been amazing for me as a mum over the years I have often had to deal with four sick kids over six weeks.
