Good evening all Mayfair patients. We hope this finds you well and ready for 4 weeks of hibernation! We've created this page to allow us to communicate with you over the next few weeks with regards to what services we are able to offer you whilst we are in lock down.
Dental practices in New Zealand have been advised by the Ministry of Health, the Dental Council of New Zealand and the New Zealand Dental Association that ALL non essential and elective dental care be immediately suspended.
With NZ now at Level 4 on the COVID-19 Alert system currently Mayfair Dental will be able continue to provide EMERGENCY CARE ONLY.
What constitutes an emergency?
-patients with dental injuries from an accident
-prolonged bleeding
-severe pain or infection that cannot be managed by medication first.

If you feel the above conditions apply to you and you are a Mayfair Dental patient, please call 06 8673956 and leave a message with a description of your pain/emergency. A dentist will call you back on either Tuesday or Thursday morning to discuss a solution.
You will be screened using with the following questions...
1. Have you traveled overseas in the last 14 days?
2. Have you had contact with anyone who has traveled overseas in the last 14 days?
3. Are you feeling unwell?
4. Have you been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
If you answer YES to any of the above questions we may still be able to help you so please be fully honest 😊
