Lately everything feels… ahh, a lot 🫠
Even without watching the world or ever turning on a television, we feel it so so so deeply..
Our nervous systems have been stretched, sensitive, wide open.
As a reflector, Ash feels it all… and I feel it all… and together it moves through our whole family.
So we came back to nature..
Back to sound…
Back to something real.
