In my yoga class today, I ended by inviting everyone to reflect on what they’re grateful for. And here’s mine: I’m grateful for the full class I had today, for the beautiful smiles I got to see, for the sweet visit from dear friends 🧡 and for the love in my life.
Life isn’t always a bed of roses, but I’m so thankful for every chance to grow into a better version of myself.
I also feel incredibly lucky for everything I’ve achieved—both the material and the immeasurable—and for all the love that surrounds me.
