Sunscreen isn't an invincible shield, it's your last line of defence! While SPF is a vital part of your daily sun protection, it's just one piece of a complete sun safety strategy. For the best protection, remember to:

✔️Wear UPF rated protective clothing
✔️Wear wide-brimmed hats
✔️Wear UPF rated sunglasses
✔️Seek shade.

These methods far more effective at shielding you from UV damage than sunscreen alone.

Remember, it's in the name: sunscreen is a screen, not a complete block! So, cover up, find some shade, and then apply your sunscreen.
