We believe in the powerful combination of movement and breathing to help fuel a more conscious life. Reset is a space unaffected by time and the busyness of modern life, an opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced practitioner, we are passionate about empowering every single one of our students. FRIDAY:
8 am - Vinyasa Flow with Maria (60 min)
4 pm - Hot Yoga with Nic (75 min)

SATURDAY:
9 am - Vinyasa Flow with Maria (75 min)

MONDAY:
6 pm - Yin with Juanita (60 min)

While a regular practice is great, a holiday practice is even better!

We are excited for April and are making a few changes.

Check out the ๐Ÿ†• updates:

โœจ Weโ€™ve added more HOT YOGA, now also on Tuesdays from 4 pm to 5.15 pm with teacher . Go, hot yoga! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

โœจ Tati is away for her wedding in Brazil, and we couldn't be happier for her. ๐Ÿ’• She will be back at the end of May. ๐Ÿ™

So, we are changing the Gentle Yoga to Wednesdays at 6 pm, together with Beginners with Maria. These are two very similar classes, both equally great for reinforcing the foundations of yoga.

๐ŸŒŸ Save the date: an *Extra Special Sunday Class* on 19th April at 9 am. More details coming soon! ๐Ÿ‘€ WATCH THIS SPACE!

This Full Moon in Virgo, which falls on Hasta Nakshatra, is special because it highlights our ability to take our dreams into our own hands and make them real.
Virgo is an earth sign that helps us bring our goals into our daily routines. This is a great day to plan your next steps and use the supportive energy, since all the planets are now moving forward.

Itโ€™s the perfect night to write down your intentions and do rituals for what comes next. This is really a โ€œtwo-in-oneโ€ Full Moon, since it also falls on Hanuman Jayanti. Hanuman, the monkey deity, is known as the perfect devotee.

This makes it an ideal time to commit to your dreams and anything you want to dedicate yourself to. Hanuman rituals are also considered astrological remedies for Mars and Saturn, which can help bring more patience and commitment. If you want to connect with Hanumanโ€™s energy on this day, I suggest listening to the Hanuman Chalisa mantra.

Thereโ€™s something about thursday that asks for release. The hardest part of the week is over and the weekend is getting closer.
Pause for a moment to let the week move through you - the tension, the overthinking, the overdoing. Let it go.
If you feel restless, focus on movement. If you feel overwhelmed, focus on breathing exercises. Either way, let your practice be a homecoming.

An anchor can be: a short breath practice, a simple stretch, a delicious tea or a walk with presence. Small things, repeated with love and presence, are the best way to reset whenever you take a break.

The Autumn Equinox in Aotearoa falls on March 21st at 4:33 am. It marks a threshold where light and dark meet.
As the days grow shorter and cooler, our bodies and minds crave grounding, warmth, and reflection. Yoga offers tools to support this seasonal shift, encouraging us to align with natureโ€™s rhythms and nurture ourselves from the inside out.
Practising yoga in autumn can help boost immunity, steady the nervous system, and foster emotional balance. Gentle, restorative sequences help counter the dryness and instability of the season, while the breathing exercises encourage calm and clarity.
The season of letting go, just as trees shed their leaves, is officially here. A time to release tension, old habits, mental clutter and all the things that donโ€™t work anymore. And create space for renewal. By anchoring our practice in the present, we honour this season of change with compassion and awareness.
Let your practice support you, breath by breath, as you find a steadier centre.
Wishing you a grounded, gentle transition into autumn.
