📢 Refills – Just Ask!

Some things are a little too powerful for the shop floor…

Due to EPA NZ regulations, certain products like Borax, Soda Ash Dense, and Sodium Percarbonate (aka Oxygen Bleach) can’t be stored in self-serve bins inside the store — they're classified as hazardous substances when stored in bulk.

But don’t worry – we’ve got them ready to go out the back!

🫙 Just bring in a lidded container, let us know what you’re after, and we’ll fill it for you safely. Simple as that!

Great for DIY cleaning, natural laundry routines, and eco-friendly living — these powerful products still deserve a spot in your cupboard (just not in the front of ours 😉).



🧼 What is Borax good for?

Borax is a natural mineral used for:

* Boosting laundry detergent
* Cleaning mould and mildew
* Deodorising rubbish bins or drains
* DIY cleaning pastes and toilet fizzies
💡 It's a staple in homemade cleaning products because it cuts through grime and odours with ease!

✨ What is Sodium Percarbonate (Oxygen Bleach) good for?

Sodium Percarbonate is a non-chlorine bleach made from soda ash and hydrogen peroxide. It’s great for:

* Whitening and brightening laundry
* Removing stains (especially in whites)
* Mould removal on surfaces or fabric
* Cleaning grout and tiles
💧 Just mix with warm water and let it fizz into action — effective, odourless, and biodegradable!

🌱 Come make Room Spray with us...

You'll need
150ml Spray Bottle ($4.50 in store)
50ml Ethanol or Vodka
20-30 Drops Essential Oil (10ml bottles start at $12.70)

Shake to combine the alcohol and essential oils, then top with distilled water. Shake again and you're ready to go. Shake before every use
Why use Alcohol? Oil and Water naturally separate, the alcohol allows it to mix better and acts as an emulsifier helping disperse the oils evenly. It also prevents bacterial growth in the water giving it longer shelf life. If you dont want to use alcohol, you can use Witch Hazel - we have 4 sizes instore to choose from
