Motivation can be low when it’s cold and the days are short but Winter can also be a really great time to stoke the yogi fires and focus on your personal Sadhana.
In 40 days you’ll create a good habit of making time for yourself and bring better balance to your life.
You don’t need to be advanced or experienced to develop a personal Sadhana, just keen to try!

How does this challenge work?
You set an intention for 40 days to meet yourself on the mat. You can do a little, or a lot, focus on breath or getting stronger or slowing down, short or long, it’s up to you!
Each week I ll lead a sequence that progresses from the breath to simple stretches to sun salutes, standing and floor positions. You can use the recording each week to follow along as far as you have the time or energy. I ll also send a little yogi theory for the week that you can read anytime.
I’ll give you tips on how to start and complete the 40 days.
We start on the winter solstice! Let me know if you’re keen.
