CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life throws us many curve balls and sometimes we have to cancel. If you have cancelled your appointment 3 times with little or no notice, in future we will be asking for a deposit to secure your booking. If you do not attend we will hold on to your deposit to cover wages/room heating/set up/lack of time to refill spot. However we are a little locally owned, hard working team who cannot afford to cover continued cancellations.

It's Mindfulness Month! The simple act of following our breath while letting thoughts drift away changes our brainwaves and trains us to live more in the moment. How much waking time do you spend time travelling....the mind either dwelling on the past or worrying about the future? I do these breaths often, not just in a seated meditation setting. In literally less than 30 seconds you can change your mindset!
