CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life throws us many curve balls and sometimes we have to cancel. If you have cancelled your appointment 3 times with little or no notice, in future we will be asking for a deposit to secure your booking. If you do not attend we will hold on to your deposit to cover wages/room heating/set up/lack of time to refill spot. However we are a little locally owned, hard working team who cannot afford to cover continued cancellations.
