What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors
Answer phone calls and data entry
Provide general clerical and reception support
Assist with filing and document management
Help keep the office environment tidy and efficient

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in office administration or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to be able to work at short notice.
