Our physio, Ifeoluwa Adediran, recently provided exceptional pitch-side support for the Gisborne Thistle AFC Under 19's team.

The team competed in a major tournament in Napier, and Ife was there throughout the event, ensuring the players stayed in top form and were ready to give their best. The Gisborne Thistle AFC team showed great spirit and determination, and having Ife there to support them was invaluable.

We love being part of moments like these and helping athletes perform at their peak.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them. Almost all of us know or have known someone who’s served in New Zealand’s defence forces: today on ANZAC day, we honour the lives, stories, and sacrifices of those who were willing to pay the ultimate price.

Harold Kelsey, a person we’ve supported, signed up with the Royal New Zealand Air Force in 1942, and served in the South Pacific before returning home as World War II came to a close in 1945. His wife Betty made her wedding dress out of one of his silk parachutes, and they went on to enjoy over 70 years of marriage, with many children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Harold’s life and service is an inspiration to us all – to his memory, and to all our other brave service men and women, we say once more: we will remember you.

Good luck to Electrinet Gisborne Thistle AFC Federation team this weekend who will be travelling down to Palmerston North to play-off against Te Kotahitanga for CL2 league promotion. Thank you to Fletcher from Dynamic Rehab who has been covering matchdays for the squad. Thank you also to all the staff at Dynamic Rehab over this season who have kept the players on the pitch and in great condition.

Central League/Central League 2 2025 🏆

The Lotto Federation League champions, Palmerston North United FC, are set to compete in a home-and-away series against Upper Hutt City Football from the Capital Premier league. The winning team will secure promotion to the Men's Central League for the upcoming 2025 season. Conversely, the defeated team will play in the newly created Central League 2 in 2025.

Play off one:
Saturday 7th September
Venue: Memorial Park, Palmerston North
Kick Off: 2.45pm

Play off two:
Saturday 14th September
Venue: Maidstone Park, Wellington
Kick Off: 2.30pm

Palmerston North Marist FC and FC Western (2nd and 3rd Federation League finishers) have automatically qualified for Central League 2 2025.

Taradale AFC, Havelock North Wanderers AFC, New Plymouth Rangers AFC and Gisborne Thistle AFC will play off against Capital Premier and Capital One clubs. The winner of these matches will earn a spot in the Central League 2. These matches will take place at Massey University on the 14th September.

Well done to Gisborne Thistle AFC under 19’s in the Napier National Under 19’s tournament. Great labour weekend with the boys who performed really well coming 3rd in their group beating Tawa, Island Bay and Napier Marist.

We are back open under level 2.Please give us a little time to book in our current patients that missed out over the lockdown period. We have procedures in place from ministry of health in how we can work under level 2. Please give us a call on 068630960 if you would like to book us for an appointment and bring a mask to your appointment. We have disposable ones just in case.

As well as face to face appointments we can still offer telehealth appointments if you are worried about coming in.

Unfortunately under Level 3 we are still not able to open for face to face consultations. Dynamic Rehab is still however offering free ACC telehealth consultations.
