Steps To Speed up Healing from Injuries

1.Warm and Cold Packs

The simple technique of placing hot and cold packs on injured and chronically inflamed areas is very effective, but often overlooked or ignored. To treat an injured area like your back or neck, place a warm pack against the area for 30 minutes in the morning to loosen the muscles. The over the day and evening, place a cold pack against the area for 30 minutes. Do this two times. The cold pack trains the nerves to calm down and reduce inflammation so they don’t get more inflamed, crack, and harden. It’s important to follow this schedule of warm and cold packs as closely as possible. It can make all the difference in your recovery.

2. Supports and Braces

Supports, braces, crutches, and walking sticks allow some of the pressure to be taken off the body and enable and speed up the healing process. Your muscles will still move a little bit while also helping your body to heal.

3. Gentle Movement

Most injured areas need a little bit of movement. Just a tiny bit of movement like gentle walking (if possible) or simple movements back and forth a few times can help recovery, even if it’s a little bit uncomfortable or painful. You need to find the right amount of gentle movement that moves the area just a little bit, while not causing too much pain. When it comes to ankle injuries, it’s important to stay off them right away after the injury. You can put a tiny bit of weight on it here and there to still move the area.

4. Healing Foods

GIven chronic injuries are typically due to an underlying virus, it’s critical to stop giving the virus the foods it feeds on, like dairy and gluten. Bring in significantly more fruits and vegetables to replace these foods. Top healing foods for viral inflammation and injuries include leafy greens kale, spinach,arugula, mesclun mix, broccoli, oranges, wild blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, sweet potato, winter squash, tomatoes, asparagus, sea vegetables like dulse, kelp, and nori, sesame seeds, and grapes.

5. Healing Supplements

Certain supplements help injuries to heal more quickly and effectively, target viral inflammation, and/or strengthen the immune system. Some of my preferred supplements for injuries include B12 with adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin, zinc, vitamin C, Orgono G5 Siliplant silica, glucosamine, MSM, plant based omega 3’s, nettle leaf, Natural Calm magnesium, curcumin, magnesium glycinate, spirulina, cat’s claw, lemon balm, and olive leaf.

➡️ When you find out the truth. Become aware of the root cause of the problem, accept that the misinformation that you were told previously about the condition was not true and believing that you can heal using lifestyle changes and plants as medicine. Everything changes.

🥁And when you physically start seeing the changes and feeling them mentally, progress and steps in the right direction happen. Ups and downs come along, moments of "its not working" and set backs will happen. But thats all part of it, if it was easy we wouldn't learn anything from it or evolve stronger and wiser!

🥚The breaking down of fats and protein is an essential function of the bile from the liver and hydrochloric acid from the stomach. When fats and proteins start to rot in the intestinal tract and colon, it creates a feeding frenzy for the pathogens. Whatever viruses and bacteria are present at the time will feed and grow stronger and more difficult to fight when there is more fat and protein in the intestinal tract, which then inhibits the regular functioning of the digestive system.

🥬🍑When we take away the food that feed pathogens, once this feeding stops, healing can begin. This is why many people on high fat, high protein diets have digestive issues, regardless of whether they eat animal fat or a vegan diet with too many plant fats. When there is too much fat and protein in the system, the liver is so overloaded that the only thing it can do is let the fat and protein go rancid.

🧬As mentioned above, a strong liver is required to break down fats. When our liver is overburdened by excess fat and toxins, it is not able to produce the strong bile that is needed to metabolize them. I will explain below that weakened bile production is the cause of most gut related symptoms and illnesses. The (HCL) from the stomach that is required to break down proteins is actually made up of a blend of seven different types of acid, which is unknown in the medical community. If someone has a blend of the hydrochloric acid but not all seven, they will not be able not to properly break down proteins.

👩‍⚕️This doesn’t mean you have to avoid protein altogether. There are healthy, bioavailable proteins in fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens. You can also eat some nuts, beans, and animal protein if you wish. Regardless of which diet you prefer, just try to lower your protein if you are wanting to heal from an illness so you can allow your liver to function as well as possible. For example, eat nuts, beans or animal protein once a day or every two days, and instead bring in more fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, root vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and winter squashes.

🏄‍♂️Surfing big waves can cause multiple rushes of adrenaline for people with chronic health. These blends of hormones that are released are like battery acid for organs. This protective mechanism is meant to be a short-lived reaction to the "immediate threat" and be resolved quickly.

😎But Surfing almost every week was my habit.I was hooked with the rush even after reading all 6 of medical mediums best selling books which state that adrenaline feeds pathogens!! But because I loved it so much and was so addicted plus suffering from insomnia this kept me going back each week no matter what my health status. "One surf won't hurt" Silly or stubborn I don't know! I certainly have learnt a lifetime of knowledge about adrenaline and stress and how to use stress in the right way!!

💤 Once I started sleeping better, adding celery, lemon water daily, an abundance of fruits and veggies. Sunbathing almost daily and focusing on my business and my true purpose ( I use to think surfing was my purpose😂) I started healing! I starting sleeping enough to realise WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THE CYCYLE I WAS IN!

🦠 I could feel the pathogens namely EBV ( that 95% of us have) in my body coming out fuelled by this adrenaline and causing issues. I started noticing how my insomnia would get worse even a week later, being up at least up half the night or having such an un refreshing sleep it wasn't funny!

🌿Changing my diet, using anti pathogen foods and feeding my brain with much need mineral salts definitely helped me let go of my addictions, 10000%! The things that I got so use to doing and living with😌. No one deserves to be controlled by their impulses or urges and to not to sleep. It is our birth right! Surfing was definitely my savvier but it also was my vice! Anyone struggling and wants to heal as fast is possible, adrenaline sports are not good..

It's best to stop for a bit or surf only when its small😂( I thought I never say that!)

When they say, "Medical Medium didn't work for me, every body is different" here's what I find out:

Some common reasons:
💔 It was too much from the symptoms that they dealt with everyday plus they physically weren't able to keep and had no one to help them.
💔 It appeared to make their symptoms worse because they didn't fully understand healing reactions, nuances of detox, and how to utilize foods to induce, slow down, or stop detox.
💔 They got board of fruit, salads, and steamed potatoes and quit before fully coming into learning how to cook the MM way (have you seen medical recipes?! Incredible food!!)
💔 They didn't quit their harmful "healthy" habits such as the no go foods, the high protein high fat, the adrenaline activities ,the coffee enemas, fasting, alkaline water, glandular supplements, or alcohol tinctures.
💔 Their So-and-so, naturopath or functional medicine doctor told them it was too much sugar and they needed more protein and healthy fats (Such a dangerous myth!)
💔 Too many people in their life criticized them for getting health advice from a guy to talks to a spirit.

Healing is a non linear journey we go 5 steps forward then two steps back or 10 steps forward 5 steps back before we heal.And in the process it can at times feel like it's making your symptoms worse. But you on the right path. Our bodies even before the day we are born body get a rough ride with what we take in! So it's only natural to have emotions or healing reactions come up especially when adding in more powerful anti viral and anti bacteria foods. When you start killing pathogens in the body ( that everybody has) that are causing your condition this can happen.

There are 👏 THOUSANDS 👏 of ways to 👏 correctly 👏 implement 👏 that work👏 specifically👏 FOR YOU👏
