Returning to the essence is remembering what was never lost.
Before labels, names, and forms, there is a pure space where we simply are. In the Ayurvedic view, that center is balance, awareness, and love.
When we over-identify with the external, we become fragmented: we believe we are what we do, what we have, what others say. And in that illusion, we drift away from our truth.
But when we pause, when we listen to the body, the breath, and the inner silence, something realigns. The layers fall away, and the essential feels close again.
Deep within, we are not separate.
We are presence, we are connection, we are love moving through every action.
Returning to the essence is not becoming something new, but remembering who we are without everything else.
Thank for reminding us that what we’re seeking has always been within us, waiting beyond the noise
