Welcome Maree Rice - our Guest instructor for the next two weeks .

Maree is a very experienced Pilates teacher who has trained with Lo**ta San Miguel a protege of Joseph Pilates,
worked all over the world, had her own studios and is very passionate about Pilates and its benefits.

She is also a keen skier and surfer and we have the privilege of enjoying her teaching while providing her with some awesome Gisborne hospitality. Enjoy !!

Aimee was a special part of our studio for many years - we are devastated that she has been involved in a life changing car accident - Aimee, Cam and Autumn ( her gorgeous wee family) need our support and help.
