For those who may not know me, my name is Steph Lysaght, and I’ve been a massage therapist for five years. I am truly passionate about helping people achieve pain-free bodies, and I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible teams and athletes along the way, including:
* PGA Golf
* NPC Rugby
* Super rugby
* Black Ferns
* The All Blacks (for 3 years)
* The Silver Ferns
* The Pioneer Biking

While it’s been an honor to work with such elite athletes, I am equally passionate about supporting young athletes, hardworking farmers, mums, and those going through pregnancy to achieve optimal body wellness. I love being part of their journey toward self-care and helping them live their best, pain-free lives.
My journey into massage began when I was a young athlete myself, struggling with shin splints. After trying many different approaches, massage was the only treatment that provided lasting relief. This experience inspired me to help others, whether it’s assisting someone in reaching their full athletic potential, supporting a farmer in managing the physical demands of their work, or simply giving a mum an hour of relaxation and self-care.
