Do something wonderful for yourself! Beach Haven Community Yoga is about bringing enjoyable and accessible yoga to our local community here in Beach Haven. Vinyasa flow is a fun, flowing style of yoga set to music. You will relax, stretch, build up some strength, and go away feeling fantastic. Classes are taught by Sarah Hon, who is a qualified, experienced and caring yoga teacher. All classes are suitable for beginners, and everyone is welcome. Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:45pm

$8/class if you sign up for the term, $15/class for a casual/drop in. Please bring your own yoga mat.
