On Friday we got the team together at Monteith's Brewery Greymouth for our annual strategy session... good food, good chats, and a really clear focus for the new financial year.

For the Third Island gin gift set, we built a custom box around the exact bottle and glass sizing, tested prototypes, then went into full production with a die cut window and a fitted insert to keep everything locked in place.

Printed on a high strength box board, made to travel well, and made to look and feel like a quality gift the moment you pick it up.

We kicked off our regular start of the month, full team meeting... a good chance to bring everyone together, recap on January’s performance, and get aligned on what we’re focusing on for the month of February.

We also celebrated Albert Gellang, our January Team Player of the Month, with Leanne presenting the award (after taking it out last month).

Albert was recognised for our core value Focus and the consistent effort he brings to the diecut department. 🌟

When Reefton Distilling Co. launched their RTD range, founder Patsy Bass shared something that stuck with us... most RTDs aren’t made with a brand’s actual spirits...That wasn’t going to fly for them.

Instead, they leaned into what they do best... traditional methods, real ingredients, fresh native botanicals, and a quality-first approach. The result is an RTD range built on their premium Little Biddy spirits, not a shortcut version.

To match what’s inside, Brightprint produced their premium 4-pack slimline can boxes, printed using CMYK + spot colours, then finished with a high gloss UV coating for maximum shelf impact.

Welcome to the team, Tauri Powell 👋 - Our newest addition to the Brightprint crew.

You’ll likely hear from Tauri when you’re placing an order, checking ETA’s or enquiring after our promotional range. She’ll be helping keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our customers and suppliers from enquiry through to delivery.

And yes... she’s also taken responsibility for keeping the coffee machine maintained and running (some would say the most important role of them all) ☕️😅

Our team continues to grow, and we’re pleased to welcome Jiten to Brightprint.

Jiten has joined our team of skilled offset printers and has already become a valued contributor to our production operations. He has settled in well, brings a strong skill set, and can confidently move between presses to support a wide range of commercial print work.

As we wrap up the year, we just want to say a huge thank you to our customers for your continued support throughout 2025. 🎄

We’re incredibly grateful to work with so many great businesses and brands across New Zealand, from our people to yours.

It’s still foot to the pedal here at Brightprint right through until Tuesday 23 December at 12pm.
