Happy Tuesday! Although the sun is out in full swing, it’s definitely starting to feel like autumn is just around the corner with days just starting to get a little colder and a little shorter.

What better reason to stock up on some the phenomenal reads we have going up in tonight’s drop? We’ve got massive fantasy (and romantasy) titles as well as contemporary romance, historical fiction and big restock of nonfiction titles too.

Sharing my current non-fiction read in honour of International Wheelchair Day (March 1st) and Rare Diseases Month here in NZ!

Im only about 20% in, but so far it’s been an easy and approachable read, without shying away from the reality of what it’s like to be in a disabled body, in a non-accessible world.

And as someone with several rare diseases and so called “invisible” disabilities, I enjoyed the distinction of “non-apparent disability” versus “hidden” (implies hiding or shame) or “invisible” disability (which implies they can’t be seen, and/or makes the person feel invisible).

After all, language is important, and one thing that’s easy to adapt!

If you want to learn a little more about disability and how to be a better ally, then this book seems like a really great place to start ❤️

It’s the last Saturday and the last day of the month which mean it’s time for our end of month clearance.

This month we have over 100 books at seriously reduced prices with nearly half of incredible books on clearance for less than $3 each!

This is the perfect time to get your shelves and TBR refilled at a bargain price.

A quick refresher if you’re not sure how it works:

Our bargain books are books that have been on the website for a couple of months and been discounted and our clearance section of books which are books which we have heavy reduced with almost all being priced between $1 and $3

These are such a fun way to tidy up used books with a bit of cover wear, or just to make your books a little more special 💖

Hooray, we have a book drop today! 🥳

While things are still a little quiet around here as I recover from surgery last week, my two fantastic helpers (not counting Brody, who is also a great helper, but sadly missing the thumbs needed for packing book orders) mean we’re all go with book drops and shipping orders this week!

And what a fun stack of books we have to share today 😍
