🌟A special moment last week with Jono and the team at Live Ocean. We got to see Jono at his recent Mt Maunganui community stop over at the Omanu Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

It was great to see the community come out to greet Jono at the beach and stay for a few games, food and to hear about his journey.

A big thank you to our Vantage Windows & Doors manufacturer NZWindows for joining us and supporting the community activation.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support Jono as he continues his swim down the east coast of the North Island, using this incredible challenge to raise awareness to end bottom trawling.

Building in New Zealand means designing for a wide range of weather conditions. Choosing NZ made window systems is a reliable choice for Kiwis, because they’re designed specifically for our local conditions.

We’re Window & Glass Association NZ members. Being a WGANZ member gives homeowners confidence. It means you can trust the products manufactured and installed by your window, door, and glass supplier meet New Zealand requirements.

That’s why APL is proud to be a member of an industry body that supports professional standards, product integrity, and consumer protection across New Zealand.

Our window systems, supported by our nationwide network of Altherm, First, and Vantage manufacturers, operate to recognised standards, ethical practice, and consistent quality from manufacture through to installation.

The Hospice Waikato is a not-for-profit organisation that provides essential and heartfelt end-of-life care, supporting patients, their families, and the wider community. Their purpose is to make end of life better, enabling people to die with dignity, while helping family through this time.

Funding has been the biggest challenge for Hospice Waikato as Health NZ covers approximately two-thirds of the cost of care.

Over the years APL has supported Hospice Waikato in many ways, including, donating an auction item at their largest annual fundraiser, the Hospice Waikato & Montana Food and Events Bucket List Banquet. That item went on to become the highest-selling in the event’s history and funded meals in the Inpatient Unit for more than half a year.

Support from within our parent company (Profile Group Ltd ) has come through sister company, AGP Architectural Glass Products, supplying glass, as well as APL Manufacturing providing soundproof doors for new consultation pods.
