šæ Feeling Grateful After My Liver and Gallbladder Flush!
Iām thrilled to be on the other side of my annual liver and gallbladder flush. I have to admit itās not my favourite thing but I believe that doing multiple flushes years ago significantly contributed to my health improvements. The stones and bile sludge I passed back then was mind blowing (I wonāt post the pictures as theyāre a bit grossš)
I am genetically predisposed to gallbladder issuesāboth my mum and grandmother had theirs removedāand my genetic testing confirmed mutations related to gallbladder function. I am determined to look after my gallbladder as I donāt want to get it removed.
Signs of Gallbladder Issues:
⢠Fatty food intolerance or nausea after eating fatty foods
⢠Constipation or SIBO
⢠Bloating after meals
⢠Right shoulder blade pain or upper right abdomen pain
⢠Nausea after eating fatty foods
⢠Hormonal imbalances & deficiencies (particularly fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K)
The gallbladders job is to store bile, which helps break down fats, and maintaining its health is key to overall digestion and well-being. Some ways to support gallbladder health include doing coffee enemas, castor oil packs, and bitter foods.
If youāre thinking about doing a liver and gallbladder flush, itās important to follow the right protocol. The preparation and supplements to soften the stones and open the bile ducts are just as important as the flush itself. We have a specific protocol we use in clinic using herbs and coffee enemas to prepare the liver and gallbladder for the flush.
