🌡️❗️ We have these handy Room Thermometers to pass on to everyone staying here postnatally at River Ridge East Birth Centre, thanks to the team at The Sleep Store. When it’s time to head home you can take it with you to pop next to baby’s/pēpi’s cot as you get used to knowing how warm the room is and how many layers are needed. ❗️🌡️

💟🚺 We're excited to share the news that the awesome Pelvic Health Physiotherapists from Wai Mauri Health will be at River Ridge East Birth Centre each week to see everyone here during their postnatal stay! With their specialised and expert Pelvic Floor Health and Wellbeing focus, they'll provide tips and advice tailored to individual need and answer any questions about post-birth recovery. They will also help with ACC claims as needed.
