As we celebrate National Feet Week, we wanted to share one of our favorite professional tips for maintaining your feet between Reflexology sessions.
A proper foot soak is a wonderful way to de-stress and support your overall wellbeing.
1. Warm water - Warm enough to increase circulation.
2. Magnesium/Epsom Salts - 1/2 -1 cup to stimulate relaxation.
3. Essential Oils - Choose the one that fits your need. We love Lavender & Peppermint!
4. Soak for 15-20 minutes - Enough for a positive effect without getting wrinkly feet!
