What began as a small vision has grown into the first doctor-led stand-alone cosmetic clinic in Hamilton, built on trust, relationships, and a shared goal of helping our patients feel confident in their skin.

Just an ordinary day at Jeunesse.

Coffee to start then it’s room prep, consultations, patient checks, treatment setups, notes, and ensuring we are ready for emergencies.

It also included a celebratory birthday lunch and finishing the day with the team heading off to Menopause the Musical.

Nothing out of the ordinary for life at Jeunesse.

Social media has made skincare look like a 10-step routine but young skin doesn’t need correcting. It needs protecting.

For most tweens and early teens, the basics are more than enough:

Strong acids, retinoids, and other actives can disrupt a healthy skin barrier and cause unnecessary irritation.

Skincare at this age should feel calm, simple, and supportive not stingy or inflamed.

We love to blame everything else…
Sleep. Stress. Sugar. Alcohol. Dehydration.

But when it comes to what actually ages your skin the fastest, it keeps coming back to the same answer. The sun.

Yes, ageing is largely genetic.
