I have two sons who are both highly competitive athletes and a darn sight younger than I am, but they motivate me to regain my fitness that I will need for my next adventure into the wilderness. I needed to lose weight as well as do specific exercises to help prepare me for the tough assignment I have tasked myself with.
I do have one advantage and that is my Modere. I am losing .75kg per week with Modere M3 and gained boundless energy with Modere E3. I am on track to be the best weight since I got married 30 years ago and fitter than I have been for 20 plus years. I had an abcess in my gum recently (probably caused by a toothpic stabbing). Now this can be pretty painfull and most people go to their dentist or doctor.
Well what did I do? . . . Well what do you really expect I would do . . . I fixed it myself. Essentially swished the Modere Mouthwash say twice a day in the affected area. (It has a key ingredient) and every few hours pasted a pea size amount of Modere toothpaste in the affected area (it has some pretty effective qualities) as well as my Modere E3 Supplements.

Thats it. Give a few days and its fixed.
