Hey, It's our busy time of year. However, our cancellation and rescheduling policy remains unchanged.
As a small business, we operate strictly on booked appointments, not walk-ins, meaning cancelled appointments result in lost time and incur unavoidable babysitter fees for which I, as a mom, am responsible for.
This policy protects our time and ensures a smooth operation.
