Patient wishes to replace missing teeth and generally fix everything.

We planned 2 implants using the DS workflow. Prime scans were overlaid with CBCT image on Axeos including a waxup. DS Core makes this process so much easier now.

I produced a guide to give me a pilot only for positioning in the arch. Osteotomies were completed free hand after that using the Versah bur series. The distal osteotomy required a crestal sinus lift. Puros from Zimvie was expelled through the osteotomy into the sinus space lifting the membrane.

Prime Taper implants were placed with excellent insertion torque.
Heal Design abutments seated and a roll flap of the palatal incision to bulk out those tissues.

We went to visit .roseee in Dunedin. I finished my time there 14 years ago now, but it still felt like I was going home!

I enjoyed doing this one 🦷💙
This legend from Birmingham called me one night with a swollen face. I am his Dad’s dentist. We solved the emergency and came up with a treatment plan that suited him.

We removed the remaining teeth and placed 5 upper + 4 lower implants. Fixed ceramic bridges once healing was complete with the help of .lab.

You can see how stoked he is by that smile!

We corrected the severe wear and discoloration for those awesome bloke.
All completed in house using a combination of Emax and Emax ZirCAD.
We grafted the upper right molar site and are waiting to place the implants as the final step.
