- SUNSCREEN -

If you have been following me long enough, experienced my facials or discussed your skin with me, you know I am about preventative skincare.

And that means preventing and slowing the acceleration of aging. I am PRO aging. I am about preventing skin cancer.

Sunscreen is a huge topic. One that needs to be further regulated so we are kept as safe as possible from skin cancers.

I advocate for sun milk drops and which yes I sell through my holistic skin business.

However I understand these may be out of people’s budget and I have had many conversations with clients about alternative sunscreens to suit your skin needs. Products that I don’t get kick backs on but would rather you use sunscreen than not.

Wear the god damn sunscreen. Find the one that you like the feel on your skin so you actually wear it.
Get your Vitamin D exposure in the morning and late afternoon.
Simple. Important.
