🍃I love the variety that kinesiology brings to my work.💫 In one of today’s sessions, I focused on what we call reactor and reactive muscles—identifying those that are overworking and helping to re-activate corresponding muscles that have temporarily “switched off.”💪
By gently rebalancing these connections, we support the body to move more efficiently, reduce tension, and restore natural alignment.💪❣️
