We’re excited to welcome Bonnie back from maternity leave in 2026. A heartfelt thank-you to Rebecca for the fantastic work you have done while supporting our team — we’ve truly loved working with you.

Over the coming weeks, Bonnie will gradually phase back in, and Rebecca will slowly step back from the role.

We wish you all a healthy, safe and happy festive season, and a bright new year.

Our next FREE Antenatal Breastfeeding Class is Monday 1 December at 5.30pm.

Here's what you need to know:
*It starts at 5.30pm in the Education Centre at Hawke's Bay Hospital
* please register on arrival
* It's FREE
* Expectant parents and whānau are welcome
* We have a Lactation Consultant to teach you how to read baby's feeding cues, get baby positioned and more
* It's a great opportunity to ask any questions before pēpi arrives.

If class needs to be cancelled for any reason, it will be announced on Facebook.

This baby loss awareness week, it's important to remember that for these families their grief goes beyond just the one week of the year.

However this week reminds us of the little ones who are no longer in our arms or body, but forever in our hearts.

Sending love, light & healing to parents and families navigating their loss — your babies will always be with you.
