As an Inspiracy Therapist, it is my job to inspire. It is also of course, a play on words which makes me laugh. 😆
To inspire, in the tradition sense, means:
To fill someone with the desire, confidence or enthusiasm to do something typically creative or positive.

If you would like to be inspired by new ideas, a different perspective of yourself or what is possible for you in your life; booking some sessions with me would be useful.
I love to work with people, helping them to see themselves in a more compassionate way, leading to a deepening of self awareness and the ability to consciously choose that which serves the highest good.
Inspire also means to breath in. To breathe well, to take in life force energy more easily, can enhance inspiration in making your life the best you can.

Intentionally spark joy to elevate your energetic or emotional state to a slightly higher level, then from there up a little more. This is much more achievable than intending to jump straight from low to high states.
The more sparks of joy we can ignite, the higher we rise 🤩

The energy of fear and worry is restricting, constricting, tight and closed.

To raise your energy state, do what brings you joy, use Iffermations, cry, release the worry, allow support and move into open curiosity and have fun!! 🤩

I’m attending a wonderful Raranga workshop (weaving harakeke) run by Lisa

In the last two sessions we have made bracelets and these beautiful flowers. Learning these skills is so rewarding and definitely challenging on the brain.

I highly recommend kahu collective to anyone wanting to learn Raranga and the tikanga around this beautiful art. Lisa is a fantastic kaiako (teacher) fun, patient and very skilled. These classes are a lot of fun!

Reiki is a beautiful hands on energy healing practice. It is given while lying fully clothed on a massage table in a warm comfortable and peaceful space.

If you are struggling with reactivity, feelings of overwhelm or fatigue, migraines, body pain or anything that brings physical, emotional or spiritual challenge, reiki could be something that helps you feel calmer and more balanced and comfortable.
